Welcome to Fresh to Pressed! We're excited to create unique and beautiful pressed flower art for you. Before placing an order, please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Nature of Pressed Flowers:
  • Pressed flowers are a natural product, and variations in color, size, and shape may occur. Each pressed flower is unique, and while we strive to maintain the essence of your original flowers, we cannot guarantee colors due to the organic nature of the materials.
Replacement Policy:
  • In the event that a selected flower does not press well or is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar flower to ensure the quality and aesthetics of your artwork. Rest assured, we will make every effort to replace only when necessary and with the same flowers when available. 
Turnaround Time:
  • Please be aware that the creation of pressed flower art is a meticulous process that requires time and care. The standard turnaround time for your pressed flower art to be ready is approximately 12 weeks (3 months) from the date of order confirmation. This duration allows for the careful preservation and arrangement of each flower to ensure a high-quality finished product.
Order Confirmation:
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your chosen design and estimated delivery date. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated within 48 hours of placing the order.
Shipping and Handling:
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. We use reliable carriers to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your pressed flower art. Please provide accurate shipping information to avoid any delays or issues.
Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of order placement. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a processing fee. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after 48 hours.
Care Instructions:
  • Once your pressed flower art is delivered, please follow the care instructions provided to ensure the longevity of your piece. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and moisture to preserve the vibrant colors of the flowers.
